fluidUs

{floo-id-uhs} • noun

An initiatory path of movement and breath—where the body is the gateway to meaning, myth, and the sacred. This is not self-optimization. It is a return to something deeper.

What is fluidUs?

fluidUs is not a technique. It is a living practice, an initiatory path, and a research inquiry into how movement, breath, and perception shape our experience of reality.

It bridges cognitive science, depth psychology, and the wisdom of myth to restore what has been lost—a direct, lived relationship with the sacred.

-A Research-Based Approach: Investigating how movement shifts perception, alters states, and reawakens a connection to the mythic and numinous.

-An Embodied Practice: Grounding intellectual insight in direct experience—awakening the senses, the nervous system, and the deep psyche.

-A Path of Transformation: A return to strength, presence, and initiation into the unknown.

How fluidUs Works (The Two-Layered Approach)

To engage the unconscious and experience the sacred, one must first prepare the body and nervous system.

fluidUs follows two essential layers:

-Grounding & Strengthening – Building physical and nervous system resilience to anchor awareness and withstand deep encounters.

-Opening Awareness – Using movement, breath, and perceptual shifts to access symbolic consciousness, mythic insight, and sacred experience.

Through this process, movement becomes more than movement—it becomes a potential portal.

The Research Behind fluidUs

fluidUs is grounded in serious inquiry and research into:

  • How movement alters perception (McGilchrist’s hemispheric model)

  • How certain movement and breath practices alter our relevance realization (Vervaeke’s work)

  • The role of breath & nervous system shifts in states of awareness.

  • The embodied roots of myth & religious experience.

  • The alchemical transformation of the body as an initiatory path.

This research is part of ongoing exploration into cognitive science, depth psychology, and altered states of awareness.

Who This Is For

fluidUs is for those who seek a serious path—not a practice of comfort, but one of transformation.

It is for:

-Those who feel disconnected from embodied wisdom and seek to reawaken the sacred.

-Thinkers, seekers, and researchers who want direct experience, not abstraction.

-Those ready to engage in movement as a living inquiry into self, myth, and reality.
